We stand behind the quality of every bike we make. That’s why we provide a lifetime warranty on frames and warranty coverage for key components, as outlined below.

Lifetime Warranty on the Bike Frame (for the original owner only*)
6-Month Warranty on key original components:
  • Fork (Rigid & Suspension)
  • Bottom Bracket
  • Drivetrain
  • Brakes
  • Chain
  • Hub

* The lifetime warranty on the bike frame is valid only for the original owner who registers the bike on our website.

Important to Know Before Purchase

Trinity bikes (brands: Schnell, Schnell-eVelo, Keysto, Dodge) are sold exclusively through our Authorized Dealers and Exclusive Stores.

These dealers are trained to professionally assemble and service your bike. Please check the list of authorized dealers on our website before making a purchase.

Warranty Claim Process

Bike must be registered to claim warranty.

  • Register your bike on our website to activate your warranty.
  • Submit your claim through an authorized dealer or exclusive store.
  • The bike must be brought to an authorized store for inspection.
  • Original proof of purchase (invoice) is required.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the defective component at no cost (excluding transport and labor charges).
The Warranty Does Not Cover
  • Normal wear and tear of parts.
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, irregular maintenance, or ignoring authorized service guidelines.
  • Installation of incompatible or non-original components and accessories.
  • Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Labour costs for replacement or repairs.
Warranty Will Be Void If:
  • The bike frame or fork is modified or altered.

  • Substitute or non-original components are installed.
  • The product is used for rental, commercial purposes, stunt riding, extreme sports, or similar activities (not designed for such use).
  • The bike changes ownership — the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original registered owner.
Warranty Limitations
  • The warranty is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective items.
  • Transportation costs and labor charges are not covered.
  • Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase.
